Private Training at Griffins Boxing takes ‘the sweet science’ of boxing training and incorporates it with individualized conditioning exercises to provide a workout that is innovative, effective and simply just different from other training you may be doing.

100% Customized Focus: There are no cookie-cutter workouts here. Every session is built entirely around your specific goals—whether you want to master the fundamentals from scratch, hit a weight-loss milestone, or sharpen your tactics for the ring.
Accelerated Progress: One-on-one attention means immediate technical feedback. Your coach will catch and correct bad habits in real-time, allowing you to advance your skills far faster than you would on your own.
Built for Your Schedule: Can’t make the regular class times? Private training adapts to your busy calendar so you never have to miss a workout.

OUR TRAINERS
Every trainer at Griffins operates under the high-performance standards established by Coach Dave. You are getting elite, fight-tested instruction no matter who is holding the pads. To make private training accessible, we offer two tiers of coaches:
Apprentice Coaches (From $65-$80 per session): Up-and-coming trainers who have been rigorously vetted and certified within the Griffins system. This is a fantastic, cost-effective option for learning strong fundamentals and getting an incredible workout.
Certified Coaches (From $100-$160 per session): Our most experienced trainers with extensive backgrounds in coaching and competition. Ideal for advanced technical refinement, fight preparation, and highly specialized conditioning.
Note: Discounted packages of 10 sessions are available for all coaching levels.

Group Private Training
Want the focused attention of a private coach, but prefer to sweat it out with friends? Group Private Training lets you share a coach with a partner or a small group.
Your Own Private Class: Perfect for couples, families, or coworkers who want a tailored, high-energy boxing experience outside of our regular public class schedule.
Share the Cost: Make private training more budget-friendly by splitting the session fee with your training partners.
Built-In Motivation: Push each other to work harder while still receiving the technical corrections you wouldn’t get in a large, crowded room.
