Boxtech Youth®

Youth-specific programming for ages 12-16, designed to teach boxing fundamentals, footwork, punches, and combinations while increasing confidence and self-esteem.

This youth program follows a tiered form of teaching called the Boxtech® System to learn the sweet science of boxing. You will start with white hand wraps, called White Gloves®, and work your way up through 5 other colored levels: Yellow, Green, Blue, Red, and Black.  In all of the different levels, you will learn new boxing fundamentals, footwork, offence, defence and counterpunching.

All of our classes are non-contact until you reach our 4th colored wrap level called Blue Gloves®.  At this point, you can choose to attend separate Sparring classes or continue the non-contact Boxtech® Youth classes.
