Boxtech®

Boxtech® is a revolutionary and award-winning program using a tiered form of teaching called the Boxtech® System to learn the sweet science of boxing. You will start with white hand wraps in or first level, called White Gloves®, and work your way up through the other five colored levels: Yellow, Green, Blue, Red, and Black. In all of the coloured levels, you will learn new boxing fundamentals, footwork, offence, defence and counterpunching.

The first three levels are non-contact and you are considered a “student”. The next three levels we have taught you the fundamental “tools” of boxing and you are then considered and “athlete”.

Sparring is never mandatory and we have three distinct pathways for moving through the higher levels once you get to Blue Gloves®. The pathways are:

  • Recreational (Boxing knowledge and skills)
  • Coaching (Learning to coach)
  • Athlete (Sparring and competition)
