7 days a week, this intensive boxing-based cardio workout is available in the mornings, evenings, and weekends!
A fun and social class focusing on real boxing, strength, tone and fitness. Whether you are already active or actively looking for a great way to get in shape, this is a great workout! There is never the same class twice, and our coaches are masters at making it not only challenging but welcoming and fun too.
This is a “make you sweat” non-contact fitness class.
Participants must be a minimum of 15 years of age.

A strength-focused cardio-boxing class featuring upper and lower bodywork.

Like it sounds: Booty, Booty, Booty, and Boxing! Designed to target and tone the muscles of the lower body, particularly the glutes, thighs, and calves.
