I did Griffins for approximately 3 years and I really appreciated my time there. As an outdoor person, practising on regular basis mountaineering, ice climbing and rock climbing, I definitely needed a work out that would have helped me to stay in shape for my outdoor sports. I tried many things until I discovered Griffins. Griffin’s workouts suited me well as they were based on endurance and power, the optimal combination to stay in shape. In addition, the coaches were adding so much variety that it was impossible to get bored from the workouts. No time for the body to get into a routine. I felt that every time there was a new challenge for my spirit and my body.

Being at university, I used to come early morning. Some mornings were tough. I had to wake up at 5:30 and had to be ready to skip by 6 at Griffins. But, the pain was quickly forgotten by Malae’s smile and positive energy. Malae brings a great female touch in the business team and overall boxing fitness facility. Sensitive and full of humor Malae always has time to listen to others and to share with others some valuable words. She does her job consciously and with her hearth.

Being a natural challenger, I came to Dave’s classes too. Those were outstanding; some would tell “fatal”. I liked Dave’s will to push members. I believe that people can always give more or do better than the usual standard they set for them, therefore Griffins teaches one’s to go beyond personal limits, to overcome challenge and to grow. I found those Griffin’s values very precious and applicable in real life. That helped me in my personal life. Dave’s is a challenger in his classes but as well in his own business. He has an innovative spirit, is passionate about the sport, is a hard worker, knows how to adapt and a kind human. Don’t worry when you can hear him laughing loud like an ogre…he is just trying to impress people! Definitely, his business success reflects his great human qualities.

I believe that Griffins is a business role model. The business provides a healthy atmosphere where people, beyond boxing and exercising, can improve and grow. A discipline is taught by coming regularly to work out and by taking care of one’s self outside Griffins. Several social events are organised to encourage members to share some friendly moments. Finally, I am certain that Griffins plays more the role than a fitness facility, but rather Griffins gives a certain life direction and helps members to develop their full potential.

Thanks Dave and Malae for your dedication. I wish you happiness, love and peace.
