In accordance with the City of North Vancouver & our local Health Officer, we will be hosting 2 small group BOXFIT® Tech sessions at Cates Deck. Spots are limited, so make sure to register ahead of time to claim your spot! We will be following all health and safety protocols during this event. Beginners are welcome. Ages 15 and up.
