Boxfit® ARMS & CORE

A high-energy cardio boxing class designed to target and tone your arms and core. This class is specifically designed to target your upper body muscles, including your biceps, triceps, shoulders, and chest, while intensely focusing on your core muscles like the abs, obliques, and lower back.
